Job Title: Head of Growth and Expansion

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Business Development & Marketing team as a Head of Growth and Expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and increase market share in the Personal Injury sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the Personal Injury sector
  • Leading a high-performing team, responsible for delivering business development objectives and targets
  • Collaborating with Partners and senior management to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies to achieve business goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of driving business growth and expansion in a similar industry
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and developing talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

  • 25 days' holiday as standard, plus bank holidays
