About the Role

This Sales Support Administrator position is a vital part of our team, providing administrative support to our consultants and ensuring smooth office operations.

The successful candidate will be well-organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting clients and candidates, conducting right to work checks, and monitoring compliance
  • Managing phone calls, formatting CVs, and sending interview confirmations
  • Posting job adverts, producing email campaigns, and liaising with the marketing team
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining the office diary
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level (ideally), with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to multitask effectively
