- Clinet Communication: Engaging with clients professionally, both over the phone and in person, to ensure a positive experience.
- Document Management: Organising and maintaining electronic filing systems, opening and archiving files, and supporting billing procedures.
- Delivering High Quality Support: Experience in providing top-notch support to fee earners and clients alike.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management systems.
Salary Information: Estimated salary for this role is up to £23,000.
