Job Description
Lime People Search & Select Ltd is seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Managing the flow of paperwork and ensuring that all documents are processed efficiently.
- Preparing client packs and other documents as required.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to work independently, have strong organisational skills, and be proficient in using office software packages.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
