We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our President and the London team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of Rockefeller Asset Management International (RAMI).

Responsibilities">
  • Calendar and Travel Management: Effectively manage all aspects of calendars and phone lines related to communication, travel, and meetings, prioritizing tasks.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare for various meetings by reserving conference rooms, arranging catering, preparing materials, and scheduling key staff.
  • Communication Bridge: Provide seamless communication between internal staff, clients, and external organizations.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Create, maintain, and archive documents in our cloud-based SharePoint filing system, adhering to regulatory record-keeping best practices.
  • Event Planning: Plan events, serve as the point of contact for all event details (logistics, venues, RSVPs), and ensure smooth execution.
  • Office Operations: Manage office operations, bill payments, vendor relationships, interior maintenance, IT support, resource procurement, and ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Travel Record Management: Accurately record travel records for immigration, accounting, and tax purposes.
Requirements">
  • A-Levels or equivalent qualification required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • 4-8 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably at a financial services firm with Executive Support experience.
Salary and Benefits">

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
