Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments and formulating appropriate intervention plans
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions to promote positive outcomes for children and families
  • Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with relevant legislation and procedures

Key Requirements:

  • Experience of working with children and families in a social care setting
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
