About the Role

We are seeking a talented Workplace Services Manager to join our team at Rockstar Leeds. As a key member of our Workplace Services team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our building and facilities services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for staff and visitors.
  • Manage and develop hard and soft facilities services, including building maintenance, security, cleaning, catering, and space utilisation and strategy.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive proactive real estate growth strategies, leasehold improvement, and capital expenditure projects.
  • Manage and prioritize your own workload, understanding when and where to seek guidance and approval.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or with equivalent vocational education and experience.
  • 3+ years' experience successfully managing a multi-discipline Workplace team, displaying effective communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in overseeing service contracts, including their procurement, performance, and management.
