Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Workplace Services Manager to join our team at Rockstar Leeds. As a key member of our Workplace Services team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our building and facilities services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the building and facilities services at Rockstar Leeds, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for staff and visitors.
  • Work with the Workplace Services team to ensure the effective management of facilities, including building maintenance, security, cleaning, catering, and space utilization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workplace services and facilities management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive proactive real estate growth strategies and capital expenditure projects.
  • Manage contracts for buildings and facilities services, including procurement, budget management, and performance management.
  • Oversee the management of space and desk utilization, ensuring it's used efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Education to degree level or equivalent vocational experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in managing a multi-discipline Workplace team, with effective communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in overseeing service contracts, including procurement, performance, and management.

Desirable Skills

  • IWFM or IFMA qualification.
  • NEBOSH Safety Qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience within the Creative Industries.
  • Experience with work order ticketing systems, space management tools, and construction project management platforms.
