Purpose of the role

As a Workplace Coordinator at Pinsent Masons, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of Workplace services for our Leeds office. Your primary focus will be on providing an exceptional reprographics service to internal clients, managing and coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail services, and supporting the management of the Workplace and the health and safety of our people and the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the reprographics service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documents and materials to internal clients.
  • Manage and coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail services, ensuring efficient and secure processing of mail and packages.
  • Support the management of the Workplace, including maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the health and safety team to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
