Norwegian Language Services Leader

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service across the Norwegian and UK markets.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience in managing teams of agents, and fluency in both Norwegian and English (C1/C2 level).
This role involves supervising and supporting the team, driving continuous improvement, handling escalated calls, ensuring service excellence, collaboration, and recruitment & onboarding.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
