The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle medical information discreetly, and have a proactive approach to providing an excellent front of house service.
Main duties of the job:
- Provide an efficient and effective front of house service, working within established policies and processes.
- Ensure an exemplary level of customer service is upheld to patients, consultants, and clinical teams.
- Show initiative and have the ability to multitask to carry out a wide range of patient telephone/face-to-face liaison, administrative, and general duties.
