About the Role

Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced and committed Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication administration and clinical observations
  • Support service users with their daily living activities, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Provide a safe and calming environment for service users to promote a restful night's sleep

Requirements

  • 3 months' previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Pet Friendly

Desirable Skills

  • Brain Injuries
  • PEG Feeding
  • Nebulisers

Working Hours

  • Full Time and Part Time Available
  • Nights: 8pm – 8am

Pay Rates

  • Weeknights: £15.50 per hour (£186 approx. per 12-hour shift)
  • Weekends: £16.00 per hour (£192 approx. per 12-hour shift)
  • Bank Holidays: £17.00 per hour (£204 approx. per 12-hour shift)
