Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and committed Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with our service user, providing high-quality care and support in their own home. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care, building positive relationships with our service user and their family, and empowering them to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to our service user, including repositioning, clinical observations, and attending to their clinical needs.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a safe and calming environment, promoting a restful night's sleep.
  • Support our service user with their complex care needs, including medication administration and moving and handling.
  • Build positive relationships with our service user and their family, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
Requirements
  • 3 months' previous care experience
  • Medication Administration

Working Hours

We offer flexible working hours to suit your needs, including full-time and part-time options. Shifts are available on weeknights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Pay Rates

We offer competitive pay rates, including:

  • Weeknights: £15.50 per hour (£186 approx. per 12-hour shift)
  • Weekends: £16.00 per hour (£192 approx. per 12-hour shift)
  • Bank Holidays: £17.00 per hour (£204 approx. per 12-hour shift)
