About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Healthshare Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to our healthcare team, including managing bookings, patient records, and correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information, including medical records and test results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software applications.
