We are seeking an experienced and professional Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Healthshare Clinic Norwich. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, handling medical information discreetly, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, consultants, and the clinical team.

Your primary goal will be to deliver a high level of customer service, working within established policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • To provide patient care and support, handling medical information discreetly
  • To communicate effectively with patients, consultants, and the clinical team
  • To ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is compassionate, organized, and enjoys working in a healthcare setting. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
