Literacy Coach Position
The literacy coach position at Read Easy UK involves providing coaching services to adults with literacy needs. This role requires a high level of training and expertise in literacy development.
Key responsibilities include delivering 2, 30-minute sessions per week to adult learners, either face-to-face or online. The coach will work closely with the learner to develop their reading skills and provide support and guidance throughout the process.
Coaches are required to meet every 2 months for training and sharing experiences. This allows them to stay up-to-date with best practices and network with other coaches.
It is essential to note that expenses are reimbursed, and each coach works with a single reader. Additionally, all coaches are supported by a coordinator and literacy specialist.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000-£35,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
