**Job Title:** Adult Education Specialist

We are looking for volunteer Adult Education Specialists in Norwich to help adults with their literacy needs.

As an Adult Education Specialist, you will work closely with a single Reader, providing two 30-minute coaching sessions per week. This can be either face-to-face or online using the phonics-based programme and resources provided by Read Easy UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching support to Readers, helping them to improve their literacy skills.
  • Work collaboratively with Coordinators and Literacy Specialists to ensure effective delivery of the programme.
  • Attend regular Coaches Meetings to receive additional training and share experiences with other Coaches.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Location: Norwich
