We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Training Specialist to join our team at RecruitedUK, one of the country's leading training providers. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Construction training, leading to CSCS cards for learners, and provide employability support.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic team of experts to ensure the highest standards of education are met. As a Construction Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering Construction training, providing employability support, and developing essential skills in learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Construction training leading to CSCS cards for learners
  • Provide employability support to learners
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of trade experience in general trade skills (Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, Plastering, Bricklaying)
  2. Level 3 Teaching qualification - e.g. AET / PTLLS/ CertEd (Desired)
  3. Assessing qualification L3 or equivalent (desirable)
  4. Health and Safety qualification at L3 or above
  5. Construction trades employment background with experience of at least 2 years
  6. A mentor and role model to others
Salary and Benefits:
