**Role Overview:**
We are looking for an Inclusive Education Professional to join our Norwich SEN Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of students with special educational needs.
**Responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering thematic lessons that capture the interest of students across a range of abilities.
- Adapting your teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each pupil, ensuring inclusivity and equal opportunities for all.
- Championing student progress, offering guidance, encouragement, and creating a positive environment where every child can thrive.
**What We Offer:**
- An attractive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
