About This Role: We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Adult Literacy Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will work closely with adults who require assistance with reading and writing skills, providing tailored support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with adults with literacy needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills, including use of online platforms and software
- Diploma or degree in Education, Literacy, or a related field
