Education Support Staff for Norfolk

Strategy Education is seeking skilled education support staff to join our team in Norfolk. Our ideal candidates will have experience working with children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, and/or Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) in specialist or mainstream settings.
The successful applicants will be responsible for assessing individual needs of pupils, evaluating and reporting their progress, and managing challenging behaviour. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
We estimate the annual salary to be £28,000 - £32,000, based on experience. All staff members are required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
