We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Development Coach. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with young people, helping them unlock their full potential and achieve their goals.
Job DescriptionAs a Teaching and Learning Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with diverse learners, helping them overcome challenges and achieve success. You will also be responsible for teaching core skills such as literacy, numeracy, and practical life skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Practical experience supporting young people, ideally in education or care roles.
- Adaptability and flexibility to excel in varied classroom settings.
- A willingness to invest in your professional development through training opportunities.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to our CPD Academy for ongoing learning and development, as well as weekly pay and easy-to-use online tools for communication and admin.
