Role Summary

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating therapeutic activities aimed at enhancing patient outcomes. By collaborating with healthcare professionals, you will contribute to the development of personalized treatment plans that cater to individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement occupational therapy services.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs, creating targeted intervention plans and maintaining detailed records.
  • Foster strong working relationships with colleagues, ensuring adherence to Priory policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support business growth by promoting therapy services aligned with local business objectives.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and stakeholders throughout rehabilitation.
  • Share expertise and best practices with other sites to enhance service delivery and quality.
  • Evaluate services to ensure optimal value for money, supporting the site's overall goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration.
  • At least 1 year's experience in a relevant clinical or therapeutic setting.
  • Desirable: prior experience managing complex caseloads.
Salary:

Estimated £48,000 - £68,000 annually.
