Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing building maintenance services across various disciplines, including plumbing, painting, and decorating.

Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience working in commercial premises, particularly in the retail sector. Key responsibilities include carrying out routine maintenance tasks, repairing leaks, and performing quarterly gutter and gully clearance. Additional duties may include painting minor repairs, unblocking drains, and repairing taps and washers.

Location
The successful candidate will be required to work in Chester, Wrexham, and Market Drayton areas. A company van is provided for business use. The role offers a great opportunity to develop skills and progress within the company.
