Company Overview: Calibre is a leading facilities management company offering building maintenance services across the UK. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.


Job Summary: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing building maintenance services across a range of disciplines, including general repairs and maintenance, electrical work, and plumbing. You will be working on a multi-site basis, covering commercial premises in the Chester, Market Drayton, and Wrexham areas.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
  • Carry out electrical and plumbing work, including fault-finding and repair.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential maintenance issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:


To be successful as a Maintenance Technician at Calibre, you will need:



  • A strong background in building maintenance, preferably with experience in electrical and plumbing work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • A high level of physical fitness, with the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.

Salary and Benefits:


We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
