Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team based in Chester and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks, including repair and maintenance work on residential properties.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a multi-skilled tradesperson and hold relevant qualifications, such as NVQ L2/L3. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out repairs and maintenance work on residential properties, including roofing, plastering, and carpentry.
- Install and replace windows, doors, and other fixtures and fittings.
- Maintain and repair plumbing and electrical systems.
- Work safely and efficiently to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £34,067.75 plus on-target earnings, a company van and fuel card, and a range of excellent benefits, including a pension scheme, 23 days annual leave, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
