We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team at Geenen IT Systeme. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and technical expertise. You will be comfortable communicating with external clients and representing yourself with stakeholders, building strong working relationships and resolving technical issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Manage and prioritize all support requests against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Liaise with developers on technical queries and provide guidance on system maintenance
  • Communicate updates directly to stakeholders and ensure seamless resolution of issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £42,500 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
