Maintenance Technicians Required

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £44,000 to £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base pay, you'll receive Technical Module Enhancements, which provide additional financial incentives based on your performance.
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of electric and diesel/electric locomotives. This involves diagnosing and fixing faults, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring our trains operate safely and efficiently.
We're looking for someone with a strong technical background, preferably holding a Technical Qualification of NVQ Level 3 or higher. Previous experience in a similar environment, such as Automotive, Armed Forces, or HGV, is also essential.

Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining and repairing our fleet of electric and diesel/electric locomotives
• Diagnosing and fixing faults both electrically and mechanically
• Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure our trains operate safely and efficiently
• Working shifts, including 2 days/2 nights followed by 4 days off
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Estimated Salary: £46,000 - £56,000 per annum.
