Order Fulfillment Specialist

The Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, handling calls and enquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Main Responsibilities- Process customer orders: You will be responsible for processing customer orders according to target, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Handle calls and enquiries: You will handle calls and enquiries daily, providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Degree or relevant experience: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience in handling Logistics enquiries: Experience in handling Logistics enquiries is essential, as you will be working with customers to resolve any issues related to order processing and delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is required, as you will be using these tools to process orders and manage customer relationships.
