As a JDE Order Fulfillment Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered promptly. This involves working closely with the Demand Planning team to identify potential stock issues and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a complete order process and customer service facility to all customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for administering customer account data, gathering data from Demand Planning, and providing information on stock issues. Additionally, you will be required to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, adhering to defined policies and procedures. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service principles, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

A key performance indicator (KPI) for this role is to maintain a 98% customer service level. To achieve this goal, you will need to work efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
