Your Key Responsibilities

As our ideal candidate, you will be accountable for:

  1. Maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
  2. Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site
  3. Being highly organized, with a focus on forward planning
  4. Preparing fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
  5. Accurately labeling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
  6. Being a skilled multitasker with experience of placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation, and producing monthly stock take
  7. Adapting to early shifts starting at 6am
  8. Continuously learning new skills or improving skills already mastered
