About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Village Hotels. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving our brand sales strategy and working closely with our local teams to create and execute sales plans that meet our commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Work closely with our local teams to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure that all sales contracts and quotes are issued correctly and competitively
  • Deliver the sales strategy to achieve budgeted commercial returns
  • Understand our guests' needs and promote all our services to them
