Project Manager for RF Power Division

The Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our engineering projects in the RF Power division. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on cost, and to quality expectations. This includes coordinating with engineering teams, other departments, and third-party suppliers to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Coordinate with engineering teams, other departments, and third-party suppliers to achieve project objectives
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with internal project management processes and procedures
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to adopt new concepts and best practices
Requirements
• Extensive experience in managing engineering projects through various stages of the lifecycle
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets
• Proficiency in using project management tools, such as MS Project and MS Project Server
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
