Contract Support Administrator

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Contract Support Administrator to join our team based in Salisbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our M&E specialist client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising quotes for client portfolios and processing purchase orders for engineers and sub-contractors.
- Completing paperwork for monthly billing and supervising WIP for the Contract portfolio to ensure timely invoicing.
- Compiling month-end billing, including sales invoices and WIP closure, and maintaining accurate client files.
- Processing timesheets, job sheets, and expenses weekly, as well as producing monthly payroll including labour, on-call, and expenses reports.
- Maintaining engineer on-call rotas and E-log books for PPM planners.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in Contract Support and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CAFM systems and multiple contracts is essential.
- General administration experience and IT proficiency are required.
