About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in your assigned territory.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key customers. They will also have excellent negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Acquisition and Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory, focusing on large construction sites, manufacturing facilities, and other key industries.
  • User Retention and Conversion: Foster close relationships with existing customers, provide training and support, and drive user retention through regular visits and engagement.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with our dealer network to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, and work closely with Business Development managers to process large key professional users and their subsidiaries.
  • Innovation and Training: Represent Bosch's innovative products and solutions to key professional users, providing training and deployment of test tools, and supporting the rollout of won tenders within your territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage digital user processing within CRM, including follow-up management with key professional users.
Qualifications
  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Autonomous Working Style: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the industry, including market trends and customer needs.
  • Native Speaking: Native English speaking skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
