User Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced User Sales Manager to join our team at Bosch Group. As a User Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our existing user base, as well as identifying and introducing new users to our products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Existing User Development: Target and actively develop, maintain, and grow existing users, including big construction sites and manufacturing sites.
  • New User Acquisition: Identify and introduce new users to Bosch Professional Tools, Accessories, and Measuring Tools.
  • Business Opportunities: Identify and drive business opportunities within respective areas in conjunction with our dealer network.
  • User Conversion and Retention: Support user conversion and retention by daily visits and building close user relationships.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Business Development managers to process large key professional users and their subsidiaries.
  • Innovation Representation: Actively represent innovations across our Professional tools, accessories, and Measuring tools to key professional users and their buying centers.
  • Training and Deployment: Train and deploy test tools at key professional users and our distributors.
  • Tender Rollout: Support the rollout of won tenders within respective areas.
  • Digital User Processing: Process digital user data within CRM and follow up with key professional users.
  • Key Distributor Collaboration: Collaborate with Key Distributors to develop End user business.
  • Training and Support: Actively train our Key Partners and Pro Colleges, and provide support at Key Trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial Thinking: Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking and autonomous working manner.
  • Sales Knowledge: Possess sales knowledge, including negotiation skills, customer orientation, and basic analytical skills.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel with potential overnight stays.
  • B2B Sales Knowledge: Knowledge and skills in B2B sales, including ability to lead acquisition topics and strong negotiation skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess industry knowledge and native speaking skills.
  • Driving License: Holder of a full UK driving license.
  • Parking Space: Parking space required for company vehicle.
