Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tutor to work with students who have an educational health care plan (EHCP) to create bespoke lessons for individual needs. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic teaching style and be able to identify areas of improvement required when working on a 1:1 basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored lessons to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to engage and motivate students.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust lessons accordingly.

Requirements

  • QTS or equivalent.
  • Strong ability to engage and motivate reluctant learners.
  • Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Driving license (Preferred).
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or prepared to apply for a new one.
