We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Complaints Handler to join our team at Anglian Home Improvements. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a vital role in resolving customer complaints related to financial products and services.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services sector and possess strong complaint resolution skills, regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer complaints related to financial products and services
- Conduct thorough investigations by gathering and analysing relevant data, liaising with internal teams, and reviewing transaction records
- Prepare clear and concise explanations for customers about the resolution process and outcomes
- Ensure all complaint handling processes comply with industry regulations, requisite legislation, and company policies
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions
Requirements
- Experience in a complaints handling role within the financial services industry
- Qualifications: 2.1 or 2.2 degree or equivalent
- Strong understanding of financial products, debt recovery, case management services, and relevant regulations
What We Offer
Our competitive salary is £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including 31 days holiday (increasing to 33 days after 2 years of service), paid time off annually to volunteer, comprehensive health and wellbeing benefits, and a heavily discounted group discount scheme on all products.
