Job Title: In-House Paralegal Professional

We are looking for an experienced In-House Paralegal Professional to join our team at Anglian Home Improvements. As a senior member of our in-house legal department, you will be responsible for supporting our lawyers with debt recovery and dispute resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract law, and compliance, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our lawyers with debt recovery and dispute resolution, including conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • Manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with all filing and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement and monitor compliance programs.
  • Support contract lifecycle management by organising and maintaining contract databases.
  • Develop and maintain corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and filings with regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Paralegal in a corporate or in-house setting.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and compliance. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Please note that this role is based in the UK and requires relocation.

The estimated salary for this role is around £42,000 per annum, taking into account the cost of living in the UK and industry standards.
