In-House Paralegal Professional

We are looking for an experienced In-House Paralegal Professional to join our team at Anglian Home Improvements. As a senior member of our in-house legal department, you will be responsible for supporting our lawyers with debt recovery and dispute resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract law, and compliance, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Support our lawyers with debt recovery and dispute resolution, including conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with all filing and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement and monitor compliance programs.
- Support contract lifecycle management by organising and maintaining contract databases.
- Develop and maintain corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and filings with regulatory bodies.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Paralegal in a corporate or in-house setting.
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and compliance. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Competitive Salary: £42,000 per annum.
- 30 days holiday, increasing to 32 days after 2 years of service plus have your birthday off.

Please note that this role is based in the UK and requires relocation.
The estimated salary for this role is around £42,000 per annum, taking into account the cost of living in the UK and industry standards.
