Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,500 per annum, along with 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays, occupational sick pay, pension provision, and on-site free parking.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Employee Relations team, based at our Head Office in Norwich. As a key member of the team, you will provide proactive HR advice and guidance to managers, supporting them with employee relations matters such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management. You will also assist in the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss sensitive topics with employees and managers at all levels.
  • Able to form and maintain effective working relationships with all areas of the business.
  • CIPD qualification or willingness to undertake this qualification.
  • Understanding of HR functions and systems.
  • Desirable: previous experience working in a role within HR.
