About the Role

This HR Advisor role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in Human Resources. As an integral member of the Employee Relations team, you will be responsible for providing HR advice and support to various stakeholders across the Group.

  • Providing proactive HR advice and guidance to managers
  • Supporting managers with employee relations matters
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of HR functions and systems
  • Desirable: Previous experience working in a role within HR
