Commercial Growth Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Growth Manager to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and maintaining accurate records of workers, clients, and service users.
About the Opportunity
The successful candidate will work closely with our commercial team to understand and communicate our business offerings, meet set targets, and ensure compliance with regulations and legislation. You will also promote equal opportunities, handle complaints, and adhere to health and safety legislation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as primary client contact, recording expectations and facilitating communication.
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities and manage sales leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with commercial team to understand and communicate business offerings.
- Meet/exceed set targets, including financial goals, and report to Branch Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a full UK driving license, a passion for business development, and demonstrated experience in a similar role. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be self-motivated, working as part of a team and autonomously. Knowledge of the care industry is advantageous, and some travel may be required.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £24,000 + Profit Share Bonus Scheme, and we offer a range of benefits, including a structured pathway for career development, contributory pension scheme, company healthcare scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
