We are a trade operation owned and run by an automotive manufacturer, Volkswagen Group UK Limited. Our mission is to deliver the ultimate trade experience with over 83 TPS Centres throughout the UK.
">Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple locations, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service.
The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies that increase revenue from key mechanical customers, achieving targets and revenue objectives for assigned territory, and identifying and securing new customer accounts within the territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Utilise market data to identify potential sales opportunities
- Effectively manage time to maximise customer interactions
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business investors and partners
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering a knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous experience
- Manage and maintain relationships with all customers
- Proven experience in creating and managing sales strategies
- Practical business financial awareness to provide valued input and insight
- Experience in managing national campaigns and activities
- Able to lead and motivate a team to achieve business targets

The estimated salary for this role is £52,500 per annum, reflecting the demands of the position and the location in Ipswich/Norwich.
