Pertemps Bond is recruiting for an Export Customer Service Support role within a global manufacturer established in 1972. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and recording of orders and international shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Send PO confirmation, communicate with customers, and propose alternative items.
  • International Shipments: Organise and follow up on shipments, manage delivery lead times, and support data entry in customer files.
  • Customer Queries: Proactively manage international business-linked queries from around the world.
  • Warehouse Communication: Effectively communicate order requirements with the warehouse team.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with customers and logistics to provide cost-effective and timely dispatch of shipments.
  • Order Compliance: Ensure compliance of orders with distributor agreements.
  • Documentation: Issue shipping documentation and customer credits.
  • ERP System Maintenance: Maintain the ERP system.
  • Quality Complaints: Follow up on quality complaints.
  • Archiving: Archive customer service documentation for audit purposes.
  • Support to Sales Team: Provide support to the sales team on various requests.
Requirements:
  • Meticulous and Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • IT Skills: Good understanding of IT systems and excellent user skills.
  • Communication Skills: Empathetic, patient, and clear communication skills.
  • Accountability: Take responsibility for tasks and actions.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Language Skills: English proficiency.
  • International Trade Knowledge: Knowledge of international trade.
  • Customer Service Skills: High level of international customer service.
