About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Off Trade / Western European customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all Off Trade/Export customer service and order capture, ensuring efficient planning of customer distribution routes to minimize costs while meeting customer needs.
  • Timely resolution of invoice queries to minimize debt at risk.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, taking ownership of service updates and reporting.
  • Liaise with Customer Collaboration Leads and Demand Planners on abnormal demand requests.
About You
  • We are looking for a proactive and experienced customer service professional with:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience within the beverage or FMCG industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to be flexible and work weekends on a rotational basis.
