Job Description: SEMH Teaching and Learning Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled SEMH Teaching and Learning Professional to join our team at TeacherActive in Lichfield, Staffordshire.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the national curriculum, excellent behaviour management skills, and the ability to deliver engaging support in class.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students with SEMH needs
  • Developing and implementing effective learning plans in collaboration with teaching staff
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Providing pastoral support to students with SEMH needs

A competitive salary of £25-30 per hour is offered, along with the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of our students.
