We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Crime Support Specialist to join our team in Staffordshire.
About the Role
As a Service Delivery Volunteer, you will provide specialist support services for people affected by crime. Your role will include working with victims of antisocial behaviour (ASB) offering support and information, signposting to other partner agencies and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support and practical guidance to victims of ASB
- Work collaboratively with police, council, housing teams, and other social landlords to ensure effective service delivery
- Attend events to promote the service covering Staffordshire, including Stoke on Trent
Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or over
- Volunteer for at least 3 hours per week, for at least 12 months
- Undertake training over a 10-week period, including five virtual training days and online learning modules
- Undergo a DBS check and be part of the DBS update service
- Provide two satisfactory references

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on national averages for similar roles in the UK.
