Inclusive Learning Specialist

We are seeking a talented Inclusive Learning Specialist to join our team at Longdon Hall School. As part of Acorn Education, we're committed to providing a high-quality education service for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Job Requirements:
- Plan and deliver individualized learning plans in accordance with the school's curriculum framework.
- Monitor and record student progress, reporting on outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of an inclusive environment and programme of learning.
- Create and review personalized education plans and other relevant documents.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students on and off site.
