Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Employee Relations Director to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of employee relations strategies that drive business success.

About You

You will have extensive experience in employee relations within customer-focused environments, with a strong track record of managing complex cases and making decisions aligned with risk frameworks. Your excellent interpersonal and influencing skills will enable you to guide and coach business leaders, while upskilling team members to achieve exceptional results.

  • Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in developing and implementing ER policies
  • Able to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of ER strategies
  • Managing complex ER cases and providing expert advice
  • Coaching and guiding business leaders on ER matters
  • Upskilling team members to improve ER capabilities
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 to £70,000 per annum, plus an annual bonus of up to 25% of salary. Our contributory pension scheme offers up to 20% employer contribution, including your 8% contribution. You will also enjoy 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and a buy/sell/save holiday trading scheme.

Location

This role is based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with hybrid working options available.
