About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a talented Talent and Leadership Development Manager to join our team at NFU Mutual. This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on our organisation's future success.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams of subject matter experts and overseeing the end-to-end Talent Management cycle in large complex corporate organisations. They will also possess expertise in strategic planning and management of Talent and Leadership development programmes at an organisational level.

A collaborative leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to define, align and deliver talent strategies with business objectives. Your ability to drive change and lead initiatives will be essential in fostering growth and development across the organisation.

In this role, you will oversee the design and delivery of enterprise-wide frameworks, processes and resources that operationalise strategy to effectively and systematically attract, onboard, develop, engage, deploy and retain high performing employees. You will also use your expertise to develop strategic, scalable solutions, ensuring that talent pipelines remain robust and that employees at all levels engage in meaningful career development.

You will lead a team of specialists who will leverage insights from industry trends and emerging technologies to influence and foster a performance-driven culture that supports NFU Mutual's long-term strategic goals.
